Mr. Jedele's practice focuses on environmental law. He provides legal counsel and guidance in regard to compliance, permitting, and enforcement matters under Federal and State environmental laws, the Federal and State Brownfields programs, the Federal Superfund program, real estate development, zoning, land use regulation and environmental insurance coverage issues. In addition, Mr. Jedele provides representation in administrative proceedings, Federal and State court litigation, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He graduated from the University of Southern Colorado and received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and a Masters in Environmental Law from the Vermont School of Law. Mr. Jedele is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Society of Environmental Professionals, and the Environmental Business Council of Rhode Island.

Prior to joining Chace Ruttenberg & Freedman, LLP, Mr. Jedele was a staff attorney with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management.
