PARTNER

Mr. Ruttenberg concentrates in corporate law, estate planning and administration.  He assists a wide range of corporate clients in preparing business plans, sensitive tax strategies, structuring corporate financing and all aspects of debt and equity transactions.  He also assists individuals in estate planning, personal financial planning, budgeting, trusts and tax consulting.  He is a 1954 graduate of Harvard University and a 1958 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.  Mr. Ruttenberg is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Mr. Ruttenberg is one of the founders of Chace Ruttenberg & Freedman, LLP.  He was formerly a partner in the Providence law firm of Tillinghast Licht & Semonoff, LLP.
