Mr. Sbordone is a member of the firm’s Business, Corporate & Nonprofit Group; Bankruptcy, Receivership & Insolvency Group; and Business & Civil Litigation Group. He regularly works on corporate matters for clients of the firm and assists in all phases of litigation.
He joined the firm after graduating from Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude. During law school, Andrew served as a student practitioner in his school’s Business Start-up Clinic where he worked on tax and governance matters. Andrew also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lincoln D. Almond of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
